The Stewardship Dashboard is available via the Curate and Govern menu in the Classic User Experience to users with the Server Admin, Catalog Admin, Source Admin, Steward, and Composer roles.
To open the Stewardship Dashboard:
Open the Curate and Govern page.
Under Monitor, click Stewardship Dashboard to open the dashboard.

In addition to the analytical reports, the dashboard includes a summary of the Inbox.
How Is the Stewardship Dashboard Updated?¶
The Stewardship Dashboard is kept up-to-date with incremental update jobs and a weekly synchronization job.
Incremental Update Jobs¶
Initially, the reports on the Stewardship Dashboard are empty. As users fill in information on catalog pages, the reports are updated by incremental update jobs in the background. Incremental update jobs are triggered by such events as:
Changes to Titles and Descriptions on data source, schema, table, or column catalog pages
Changes to catalog field values via the user interface or the API
Adding or removing custom fields from the templates of data source, schema, table, or column object types
Adding or removing metadata objects with metadata extraction jobs on data sources
Deleting data sources
Restoring data sources
Weekly Synchronization Job¶
Every Saturday night, an automated background job runs to synchronize the Stewardship Dashboard with the latest catalog data. This process includes adding new data objects, removing deleted ones, and updating the curation progress for existing objects.
