Troubleshooting Network Issues¶

If you are having network issues, here are instructions to send a file with the data.
Open your browser.
Clear your browser cache following the steps in: Clearing Browser Cache and Cookies.
Click the menu icon in the upper right of your browser and go to More Tools > Developer Tools.
Click the Network tab.
Log into your Alation instance.
Right-click in the table of events shown in the Network tab, and choose Save as HAR with Content:
