Update Sandbox Configuration Parameters

You can use the edit-config command with a flag to update each Sandbox configuration parameter separately.

To view detailed information about the edit-config command,

1. Go to the alation-sandbox installation directory:

   cd /opt/alation/alation-sandbox
   

2. To view details about the edit-config command, run it with the --help flag:

   sudo ./alation-sandbox edit-config --help
   

To set a specific parameter only, run the edit-config command with the flag that corresponds to this parameter and specifying the new value in quotation marks, for example:

sudo ./alation-sandbox edit-config --alation_sandbox.license_path "/root/alation.lic"
