Configure Connection to Data Source¶
Alation Cloud Service Applies to Alation Cloud Service instances of Alation
Customer Managed Applies to customer-managed instances of Alation
Enhanced Connector Enhanced connectors add extended capabilities and require a separate entitlement in addition to your Alation platform license.
After you install the connector and create the data source, configure the connection to your SSIS Catalog database.
Follow these steps to configure the connection:
Configure the SSIS Connection¶
On the Settings page of your Microsoft SSIS OCF Connector data source, go to the General Settings tab.
In the Connection String field, enter a JDBC connection string to your SQL Server instance:
Format:

If you don’t specify this, the connector defaults toSSISDB.
